WORLDWIDE SHIPPING — FREE ON ALL ORDERS

All orders placed before 3pm NZT, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched from our warehouse the same business day.

Tracked Express orders typically arrive within 7 days. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

Standard Delivery is fulfilled via your local national postal service (such as USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.) and includes tracking. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse. In some circumstances, delivery may take longer — we appreciate your patience.

Estimated delivery times for all services are 7–14 days, depending on your destination, and exclude any delays related to customs clearance or duties.

MISSED DELIVERIES

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, your courier may leave a calling card or return your parcel to your nearest post office. If you have not received your order within 30 days of dispatch, we recommend checking with your local post office before reaching out to us at info@piccadillyfootwear.com — we're happy to help.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Brazilian Footwear ships all international orders on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that any applicable customs duties, import fees, local taxes, or government charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us at checkout.

If your order is subject to such charges, payment will be required before your parcel can clear customs and be delivered. As these fees vary by country and order value, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority for guidance prior to placing your order.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR US CUSTOMERS — TARIFFS & IMPORT REGULATIONS

Please be aware that import tariff regulations for goods entering the United States are subject to change at short notice. As a result, the duties and fees applicable to your order at the time of delivery may differ from those in effect when your order was placed.

Brazilian Footwear is not responsible for any additional charges arising from changes to US tariff policy after your order has been dispatched. We strongly recommend checking the latest import regulations with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) at cbp.gov or consulting a customs broker prior to placing your order.

We will do our best to keep this page updated as regulations evolve, however given the rapidly changing nature of current trade policy, we encourage all US customers to verify applicable duties independently before purchasing.
