RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unmarked footwear in original condition within 30 days of receipt. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on shoes that have been worn, washed, or marked.
How to Make a Return
Contact us at info@piccadillyfootwear.com before sending any return. We will provide the nearest return address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in original, undefaced packaging with a copy of your invoice. Please mark your package "RETURN, NO DUTIES" to avoid customs delays.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as Piccadilly Footwear is not liable for lost returns.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow time for processing after we confirm the shoes meet our return conditions.

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
If your order has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims for lost items must be submitted within the following timeframes from the date of posting:
- International Postal Service: 90 days
Claims reported outside of this window cannot be investigated, as the time elapsed prevents us from conducting a full enquiry with the postal carrier. We regret that we are unable to process claims received after this period and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PRODUCT CARE & NOTES
- Always consult the size chart before purchasing and try shoes on before wearing them outdoors.
- Metallic and printed insoles are subject to natural wear and are not covered under our return policy.
- Polyurethane (PU) soles may crack if stored for extended periods in dark, humid conditions. This is the result of a chemical process (hydrolysis) and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
- Toe scuffs and heel wear resulting from normal use are not grounds for replacement.
- Some discomfort with high-heeled styles is natural and not considered a defect.
- Minor creasing along the flex points of the shoe is a normal characteristic of footwear.
